oco:an approved owner change order no longer shows a Ball in Court — nothing is pending once everyone has signed — and its workflow card shows the executed document in that spot instead (the DocuSign signed PDF, or the wet-signed copy); Executed by Email now takes that signed copy as an upload, and it can also be added from the card afterwards (BUG-254) (#439)
