schedule:a milestone's late dates now read the same working day its early dates do — a start milestone (and any zero-day activity) is scheduled on the next available day after its predecessor finishes, so at zero float its Late Start matches its Start instead of showing the weekend boundary before it, while a finish milestone still lands exactly on the finish of the work it marks (BUG-255 follow-up) (#431)

schedule:an activity set to Start Milestone or Finish Milestone is now the zero-day event it is meant to be — it schedules as an instant whatever duration the row was carrying, a start milestone no longer pushes its successor a day and shows no finish date, and a finish milestone lands on the same date as the work it marks instead of a day after it, showing no start date (BUG-255) (#430)
